The Role

Teaching Personnel are currently looking to recruit Sport graduates for roles starting in September. Teaching Personnel always try wherever possible to work with you to ensure a working schedule that fits around your life. For that reason we are open to applicants searching for full-time or part-time.

Teaching Personnel have been working with an alternative provision in Hull and are currently looking to hire TAs to work within the school from September. The ideal candidate will have a 2:1 or higher in Sports related subjects and oodles of enthusiasm to put their skills to the test. While working within the alternative provision you will be working with children who deal with SEMH and MLD so a willingness to employ effective behaviour management is essential.

About you as the ideal candidate

- Ideally, you will have previous experience working with SEN children, either in a SEN school specifically or alternatively in a care setting.

- Alternatively, you might have experience working in a coaching setting and acquired skills that can be well deployed to working with SEMH children.

- If you have any other training that you feel may be relevant, in your personal life, this can be very useful and we would encourage you to share any experiences you may have.

- You will have a 2:1 in a sports related subject and preferably be a Level 3 teaching assistant.

- You will have Team Training or would be willing to undertake.
