Teaching Personnel are seeking to appoint a qualified SEN behaviour teacher to work with an SEN school in the Horncastle area. The school supports statemented pupils whose ages range between 5 and 16 and who have social, emotional and behavioural difficulties that have profoundly affected their academic performance and personal relationships.

The school seeks to provide structure in both academic and social life, but places great importance in looking to do so in a happy and relaxed atmosphere in which each child can develop to their own potential. High standards of behaviour, honesty, courtesy and endeavour are expected at all times.

Staff at the school are experienced in working with children who have challenging behaviour, and are able to offer a wide range of skills managing the pupils. The ideal candidate for this post needs to have previous experience working with KS2/KS4 pupils with challenging behaviour and being able to offer support with numeracy and literacy would be an advantage.

This position is due to start after Christmas.

If you believe that you are the right candidate for this role or would like further information, please contact Ashleigh on 01482 312042 or forward your CV as soon as possible.
