Teaching Personnel is looking to recruit enthusiastic and driven SEN TAs for the Cambridge area. Flexible part time working hours are available as well as full time long term assignments.

You will be working in a number of different Primary schools and In some cases pupils will have significant health and/ or emotional and behavioural problems. You may also be working with pupils with severe learning difficulties and Autism.

The successful candidate should be willing to work with a number of different pupils with SEN or SEMH. You must be confident and well presented and available for a minimum of 3 days a week. You will need experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs, and a positive attitude toward pupils learning. Good communication skills, patience, tact and sensitivity are essential.

Having your own travel would be beneficial

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
