Teaching Personnel are recruiting for experienced SEN Teaching Assistant / Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant to join a "Good" special school in South Woodford. The SEN Teaching Assistant / Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant role will be full time and required from March 2018. The large SEN school caters to pupils aged from early years to sixth form with various special needs. About the Role

  • SEN Teaching Assistant / Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant for special school
  • Full time 8.30am - 3.30pm term time only
  • March 2018 start
  • Daily rate between £60 - £75 a day (dependent on experience)

  • Large special school which has pupils from 2-19 years of age with autistic learners and range of complex needs.
  • Rated "Good" by Ofsted , 'Outstanding' in Behaviour
  • Sixth form available

In order to be considered for this role, Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience working with Special Needs
  • Able to work with pupils with challenging behaviour
  • Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
  • Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
