SEN Teaching Assistants

Due an increased demand for Teaching Assistants (TA's) to work with pupils with challenging behaviour and Emotional Behavioural Difficulties we are currently seeking to recruit passionate individuals with experience working with young people in or out of a formal school setting.

Desired backgrounds include Sports (Coaching), Psychology, Youth Work, Art and Design and Music and training such as Team-teach Positive Intervention is desirable but can also be offered through our agency.

You will be adaptable and flexible, able to inspire and keep pupils task orientated. You will therefore be able to quickly assess pupil's ability and will be able to differentiate effectively so that all pupils achieve the learning outcomes for the lesson.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
