Pay in range of £60-75 depending on experience.

Immediate start!

One of our favourable schools who has been rated 'Good' in the last Ofsted report is recruiting for an SEN TA in the Herne hill area. This role is short-term and looking for a candidate who can work full-time in assisting SEN pupils throughout all years of the school. The ideal candidate would be someone who is confident and experienced in dealing with challenging pupils who are SEN. A lot of the SEN pupils will need the 1-to-1 support from you and the difficulties can range from pupils suffering with autism to ADHD. Some of the key skills we would be looking for are patience, interpersonal skills and desire to help. Depending on your experience can decide what type of pupils you would deal with. One of the most important aspects of this role is someone who can be adaptable and identify what the pupil needs at that specific time.

We can also offer a dedicated consultant to support you throughout the whole process who has a genuine interest in delivering excellence to you and your career.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
