Job description

I am currently looking to meet with Teaching Assistants who are seeking employment within Special Educational Needs schools across Milton Keynes. Teaching Personnel are looking for Teaching Assistants with experience and relevant qualifications, as well as those without who are looking to gain experience, to work in a range of SEN schools around Milton Keynes.

The ideal candidate will need to be flexible and capable of adapting to new surroundings quickly. It would be nice if you have Teaching Assistant level 3 / HLTA qualification, but this is not essential. If you do not have direct school based experience but have experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs and are looking for flexible work this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

To be a successful in our schools, you will need…

-Some experience of working with children or young people

-Be open to working across a variety of Key Stages with both primary and secondary aged students

-Be adaptable to all working surroundings

-A passion for working with young people with a range of Special Educational Needs such as Autism and Learning Difficulties

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
