SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you a qualified TA looking to work with SEN pupils? If so, we have just the role for you!

Our Specialist SEN branch in Cambridge is currently looking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant. This hands-on role involves supporting SEMH pupils and has an immediate start date. Our welcoming partner school requires passionate and engaging TA's to support their learners with a tailored curriculum and aid them in their social, emotional and academic development through positive behaviour management as well as encouragement.

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Have some experience working with Challenging Behaviour
  • Be calm and resilient
  • Have an understanding of SEN and in particular SEMH
  • Be a motivated and reliable individual, who is able take directions from the SENCO and other Education professionals within the school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
