Teaching Assistant - Redhill
I am working with an Executive Head Teacher who has asked me to look for a strong Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible.
Requirements
- Redhill
- 08:30-16:30 Monday - Friday (Term Time Only)
- Strong behaviour management
- No need to undertake any positive behaviour management training but strong de-escalation techniques will be needed
- Ability to gain a good rapport with children from challenging backgrounds
- Secondary ages

The ideal candidate for Teaching Assistant - Guildford position;
Teaching Assistant (up to GBP80/day);
• Ideally a Degree or Education Qualification.
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant or Tutor.
• Strong Behaviour Management.
• Be prepared to interact with pupils and cater for students’ individual needs.
