Job description

Location: Farnborough
Start Date:September 2025 (or earlier)

Pay: £13.75 per hour 

Are you passionate about supporting childrerancn with special educational needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is looking for kind, reliable, and motivated SEN Teaching Assistants to work in schools in the Farnborough area of Hampshire.

About the Role:

  • Support children with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties

  • Work one-to-one or in small groups within the classroom

  • Help pupils focus, learn, and develop confidence

  • Support teachers and work as part of a team

  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

What You Need:

  • Experience working with children or young people (in schools, care, or similar)

  • A calm, patient, and flexible approach

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine interest in helping children thrive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
