Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to work in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) schools across Hampshire. Role Responsibilities:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils individually or in small groups to access the curriculum

• Assist with behaviour management and promote positive social skills

• Help pupils develop emotional regulation and resilience

• Work collaboratively with teachers and multi-disciplinary teams to implement personalised support plans

• Create a safe, nurturing environment where pupils feel valued and understood

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
