About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other staff to support children with a range of additional needs. Your role will be vital in helping pupils access the curriculum, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the delivery of personalised learning programmes

Support pupils with SEN both inside and outside the classroom

Help with behaviour management and social skills development

Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals

Maintain accurate records of pupil progress

Experience working with children, preferably with SEN

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
