Role Overview
This is a FULL-time position with an immediate start, working with students aged 11 to 16 years old.
Working hours are 8.30am to 3.30pm.

You will support students in class, helping them engage in learning, develop independence and build confidence in both academic and social settings.

Every day is an opportunity to make meaningful progress with young people who benefit greatly from routine, encouragement and patience.

What We’re Looking For
• A minimum of 6 months of childcare experience, ideally supporting children with additional needs
• A caring, empathetic and resilient approach
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively
• Due to the rural location of the school, you must be able to drive
