SEMH Teaching Assistant – Full-Time – Immediate Start (Cranborne)

A fantastic SEN school in Cranborne is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to support their secondary-aged pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting students with emotional regulation and behaviour

• Encouraging positive engagement with learning

• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom routines

• Creating a safe, supportive learning environment

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, starting ASAP.

Unless you live in Cranborne, you will need to be able to drive to get there as public transport is far and few between.

Experience isn’t essential—your attitude, resilience and enthusiasm matter most. Training is provided through Teaching Personnel.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
