SEN Teaching Assistants – Passionate, Experienced & Committed? We Want You!

Location: Across Dorset (Bournemouth, Poole & Christchurch)
Contract Types Available: Day-to-Day | Long-Term Placements | Full-Time & Part-Time Options
Salary: £13-£15 per hour

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with a true passion for supporting children with additional needs? Do you bring energy, empathy, and commitment to every school day? If so, we’d love to work with you!

Whether you’re looking for the flexibility of daily supply or the stability of long-term placements, we have fantastic opportunities across a range of welcoming schools throughout Dorset.

We’re looking for SEN TAs who:
✅ Have proven experience supporting children with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language, etc.)
✅ Are proactive, patient, and enthusiastic in the classroom
✅ Can quickly adapt and build positive relationships with pupils and staff
✅ Are reliable, professional, and genuinely care about making a difference

1:1 and small group support for children with a range of needs
Helping to implement individual learning and behaviour plans
Supporting the class teacher with inclusive and engaging lessons

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
