Are you a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant ready to make a real difference in children's lives? We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our dedicated support team and help us create an inspiring and inclusive learning environment.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in supporting pupils across various year groups, helping to deliver high-quality teaching and learning. Whether working 1:1, in small groups, or within the classroom, your experience and insight will help every child reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils’ learning in and out of the classroom
-
Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities
-
Provide 1:1 or group interventions, particularly for those with additional needs
-
Work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure pupil progress
-
Help to maintain a safe, positive and inclusive school environment
We’re Looking For:
-
Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary or secondary school
-
A relevant TA qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3) is desirable
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
A proactive, flexible and nurturing approach
-
A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
