About the Role:
You will play a key role in supporting pupils across various year groups, helping to deliver high-quality teaching and learning. Whether working 1:1, in small groups, or within the classroom, your experience and insight will help every child reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils’ learning in and out of the classroom

• Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities

• Provide 1:1 or group interventions, particularly for those with additional needs

• Work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure pupil progress

• Help to maintain a safe, positive and inclusive school environment

We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary or secondary school

• A relevant TA qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3) is desirable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive, flexible and nurturing approach

• A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
