Exciting Opportunity with Teaching Personnel! Full-Time SEND Teaching Assistants Needed from September

Are you an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant ready to make a real difference? We’ve got several awesome 1:1 SEND support roles starting this September in schools across Dorset — Bournemouth, Poole, and Christchurch!

If you’re passionate, patient, and love working with children who have special educational needs (like autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or social and emotional challenges), this is the perfect role for you!

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting SEND children in schools or similar settings

  • A friendly, positive attitude and lots of patience

  • A real passion for helping children thrive and succeed

  • Team player vibes and great communication skills

  • Qualifications like Level 2/3 TA are great but not essential — enthusiasm counts!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
