SEN Teaching Assistant – Bournemouth

Location: Bournemouth
Start Date: September 2025
Pay: £85–£95 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only
(Temp-to-Perm opportunity available!)
Your Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key part in supporting pupils with additional needs, including:

Autism (ASD)
-
ADHD
-
Speech and language difficulties
-
Emotional regulation challenges
You’ll work:
-
1:1 or in small groups
-
Alongside class teachers, SENCOs and support staff
-
To create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
-
To promote positive behaviour and independence

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
