Start Date: September 2025

Pay: £85–£95 per day (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only

(Temp-to-Perm opportunity available!)

‍ Your Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key part in supporting pupils with additional needs, including:

• Autism (ASD)

• ADHD

• Speech and language difficulties

• Emotional regulation challenges

You’ll work:

• 1:1 or in small groups

• Alongside class teachers, SENCOs and support staff

• To create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

• To promote positive behaviour and independence

• Caring, patient, and positive

• Experienced working with children or young people (school-based or not!)

• Confident supporting SEN pupils (bonus – but not essential)

• Reliable, flexible, and a great team player

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
