SEN Teaching Assistant – Bournemouth

Location: Bournemouth
Start date: September 2025
Pay: £85–£95 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, term-time only (Temp-to-Perm opportunity available!)
What you’ll be doing:
✔ Supporting pupils with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs) in class and/or 1:1
✔ Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and other support staff
✔ Helping to create a safe, engaging and encouraging learning environment
✔ Supporting emotional regulation and promoting positive behaviour
What we’re looking for:
✨ Someone with a caring, calm and positive attitude
✨ Experience working with children or young people (school-based or not!)
✨ Bonus if you’ve worked with SEN pupils before – but not essential
✨ Reliable, flexible and ready to get stuck in

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
