Job description

We are looking for a passionate individual to work with a vibrant school in Westminster. The school are looking to add an additional member of support staff to join their school in the Easter. The school are currently seeking an experienced SEN teaching assistant who is passionate and enthusiastic about working with SEN children. The role will be helping assist children with challenging behaviour.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have SEN experience (ideally with autism or challenging behaviour)
  • Have a DBS on the update service (or ready to apply for one in the near future)
  • Have good behavioural management
  • Be able to assist with delivering engaging, effective and stimulating lessons
  • Act as a role model for children with challenging behaviour
  • Patient and have the ability to work under pressure

  • Good grade overall grade in the last Ofsted report
  • Medium size school located in Westminster
  • Friendly and welcoming staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
