SEN Teacher required in Leyland

Job description

Teaching Personnel work closely with a client School in the Leyland area which caters for pupils with SEMH difficulties/Autism/ADHD, the School caters for KS2/3/4 pupils and many of the pupils in School often display very challenging behaviours.

The School is smaller than average and currently has approximately 40 pupils on roll, both male and female. The candidate MUST have experience working with pupils with special educational needs and pupils with challenging behaviours. The candidate must be hard working, looking for a long term position and passionate about enriching the lives of pupils with various difficulties. The candidate must be willing to deliver a range of subjects, predominantly Maths and Science - although assistance with planning will be given.

The successful candidate will benefit from:

* Negotiable pay rates £90 - 139 per day

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
