Teaching Personnel are recruiting for enthusiastic and motivated teachers to work in special education needs schools in the Portsmouth area. We aim to work with teachers who are passionate about special education and have high expectations of themselves and the pupils they teach.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher with a passion for teaching young people, whose background evidence commitment and enthusiasm.

We are looking for individuals who:
- Can demonstrate outstanding classroom practice
- Has the ability to differentiate to a wide variety of developmental levels and learning styles
- Has the ability to challenge, motivate and inspire

The successful candidate will have a positive, inspirational approach to leading a staff team and delivering an exciting learning environment.

We can offer work on a day to day supply basis to allow flexibility to work around your lifestyle, as well as long term and permanent placements.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
