Teaching Personnel Ltd is currently seeking relatively experienced SEN Teacher to work within Barnet and surrounding boroughs.
- Do you have experience working with children who have Special Needs?
- Have you had experience working in a PRU?
- Do you have QTS?

About the Role:
The opportunities working as a SEN Teacher are endless! This is a full time role, working with SEN pupils in a specialist unit five days a week based in Edgware. You will have multiple occasions to have a significant impact on children's improvement that have: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Visual and Hearing Impairment (VI, HI), Down Syndrome (DS), Global Learning Delay (GLD) and Autism to name but a few. The school is looking for the right candidate to really make an impact on their vulnerable pupils as they aim to more than adequately prepare pupils for high school.

In addition to this the school endeavours to instil confidence and courageousness to pupils which is aided by excellent lesson planning and engaged student participation delivered by highly trained staff. The curriculum is based on the ethos that learning should be broad and balanced so that all learning abilities are approached with sensitivity and the time and preparation that they deserve. On a regular basis the school provides extra curricular activities for pupils to participate in such as: swimming lessons, horse riding lessons and music therapy.

- Have a degree or Teaching Assistant Qualification
- Open to delivering bespoke lessons

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
