SEN TA, Full Time, Twickenham

I am currently looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a 'Good' primary school based in the London Borough of Twickenham.

The school caters for students aged 5 to 11 and is a 2 form entry school. The school are looking for someone with a background in SEN in particular working with children with Autism. This particular role will be starting in September 2019.

As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you would be focusing on not only providing additional aid in lessons but also at working to ensure that students can become independent and confident. The school has a long standing SLT that are very supportive and provide CPD through the academic year for their staff. I am looking for someone who is confident is supporting children from EYFS-y6 as you'll be working with a variety of children.

Due to the needs of the children, the successful SEN TA would be providing emotional and social support to students to ensure they feel safe around the school. This is a fantastic position for someone who is looking to support children with additional needs. To be considered you must have at least 1 years experience and be passionate about the well being and safety of children, working with children with SEN is very challenging but also very rewarding, if you are looking for a role of this nature then apply immediately.
