SEN Science Teacher

Job description

We are seeking to appoint a talented and committed teacher of Science to join an existing teaching team on a full time and temporary basis. Our client is a mixed secondary special school that caters for pupils with Emotional and Behaviour Difficulties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and inspiring the Science curriculum to KS3 and KS4, as well as the monitoring of student learning to provide effective intervention.

It is essential that applicants are experienced in working with children with SEMH. You will have experience in teaching small groups of students up to GCSE level. You will need to be flexible and adaptable as timetables and support will change at short notice to address the needs of the pupils.
