SEN school in Feltham require a Teaching Assistant

Teaching Assistant (TA) is needed to help staff manage with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. The school aims to provide their pupils with the best opportunity for success. You role as a TA will be to help to provide assistance to SEN pupils as well as helping teachers with managing behaviour and engaging students in their learning.

Ideal candidates:

  • Must have a passion for working with young children
  • Some experience in youth work or a previous SEN would be beneficial
  • Must have the ability to maintain strong relationships with both staff and pupils

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
