This specialist primary school supports pupils with a range of additional needs including autism (ASC), ADHD, communication needs, and moderate to complex learning difficulties.

The Role
As an SEN Inclusion Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs
- Supporting pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and engagement
- Assisting the class teacher with adapting learning activities
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and social interaction
- Using a calm, patient approach to support behaviour and routines
- Creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment

Who We’re Looking For

- Care and support work
- Youth work or mentoring
- Nursery or early years
- Sports coaching or activity leadership
- Psychology or education graduates

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
