1:1 Behavioral Support TA Required in Norwich

  • Challenging and rewarding position
  • Pay: £50-75
  • Mainly full time

We have a range of schools Norwich that are looking with 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils where your main responsibilities would be:

• Working alongside staff/classroom teachers and SM to reduce levels of unauthorised absence and improve levels of attendance and behaviour.

• Motivating students with behavioural difficulties.

• Undertaking structured and agreed Individualised education programmes, including small group work.

The successful candidate will need to be a good role model, have lots of character and understanding. You will be required to support within class and able to offer guidance throughout the School day.

This is an extremely rewarding position for the right individual allowing you to gain some invaluable 1:1 support and giving you the opportunity to work both in and out of the classroom.

Although School experience is not essential having some child related experience would be beneficial. Any SEN knowledge or experience would be a great advantage.
