A wonderful school in South West London are looking for specialist Teaching Assistants with SEN Experience to work 1-1 with students with ASC and complex needs. The school is situated in pleasant grounds in Wimbledon, with easy access via road, rail and tube to London and the South East. Pupils, from some 28 Local Authorities throughout southern England, attend as either day pupils or as weekly boarders (Monday to Friday).The School caters for pupils aged 2-19 and provide high quality educational experience for visually impaired pupils and hearing impairments. The school also supports pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
The role is to support young pupils with their social interaction and classroom work. You will be working 1:1 in either their primary or secondary unit depending on your experience. The role is to start ASAP and will continue until the end of the academic year
