SEN Science Teacher Wanted

Teaching Personnel are the market leader in education recruitment in Wales. We have been asked to find an enthusiastic, hard working and inspiring Science SEN teacher for one of our schools in Newport.

The role is full time starting at the end of September

The school have a learning development center where you would be based and all SEN classes ar within this building. It is a mainstream school with over 1600 pupils. You will be part of a very supportive department that provide great opportunties for their teachers.

The pupils range from specific learning difficulties, Autism, behavioural, SEMH, severe learning difficulties and physical disabilities.

You will also have your own personal consultant who will look after your registration and support you throughout your time with us.

We also offer you extra training opportunities including safe-guarding, Team-Teach, manual handling and effective classroom management courses being run regularly.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
