Pay Rate - £51+ a day

Teaching Personnel are looking for behaviour mentors and learning support preferably with experience with challenging behaviours.

Working for this a main school with smaller units in Cardiff the successful graduate will be supporting pupils across the school KS3- KS4 / Years 7 – 11 (depending on which unit you are in) with the full curriculum. You will be building rapport and helping the children get back on track, often where they are being reintroduced to mainstream curriculum.

What makes this an excellent school is the high level of support given not only to the pupils but to the staff that work there. With a successful learning environment even the most disengaged pupil’s progress to positive outcomes.

The school requires graduate learning support assistants who have experience working with challenging behaviours in any capacity. You will need to manage behaviours effectively and follow codes of conduct. If you have Team Teach, it will be an advantage.

In addition to the above the candidate will have;

Graduate who is passionate about making a positive impact

Experience with challenging behaviours

An enhanced DBS Check (or be willing to have a new one processed through Teaching Personnel Ltd)

Legal right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
