Required to start ASAP, this school require a teaching assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 on a full time basis.
Within this job role you will be working closely with the Special Needs Co-ordinator, supporting pupils within the classroom, ensuring they engage within class and focus on their work. You will be responsible for working closely with a number of identified pupils on a one to one basis, supporting those who display challenging behaviour.
This school is located on the border of Bolton and is easily accessible via the M60 or M61 making the surrounding areas; Bury, Wigan and Manchester commutable. The position is to start immediately on a full time basis for the foreseeable future, potentially through till the end of the academic year.
