- Flexible roles including both part-time and full time positions available
Teaching Personnel currently have a number of job opportunities at one of our client schools in the Nelson area of East Lancashire. Our client is an ‘Good’ Roman Catholic Primary school that has easy travel routes via the M65. The school has visionary leadership from the Headteacher, a strong support system for its pupils which enables pupils to achieve far beyond national expectations both academically and with their own personal development.
The school currently has a small number of pupils arriving in September that will require a strong role model to enable them to integrate into school life as well as developing personally to go forward and achieve academically. Therefore, Teaching Personnel are currently seeking support assistants with a background in behaviour support to work on a flexible, one-to-one basis to support pupils in specific subject areas. Roles could also involve liaising with both other members of staff and parents, meaning a forward-thinking and calm approach to the role are imperative. The support department within the school has the potential to increase in size from September, meaning permanent roles could become available for the right candidates.
In addition to this we work alongside many leaders of education and have our own ex-head teacher that provides candidates with bespoke, high-quality training. The CPD on offer will assist with your personal and career development, putting you amongst the most highly sought candidates in the market.
If you are seeking work where you can make a difference to a young person’s education then we want to hear from you. Teaching Personnel look to seek the most committed, professional individuals in the market to find you your perfect role in education.
