Job Title: Flexible Primary Supply Teachers
Location: Plymouth
Start Date: ASAP / Ongoing Opportunities
Contract: Flexible | Day-to-Day Supply | Short-Term | Long-Term Opportunities

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking Flexible Primary Supply Teachers to support a range of partner primary schools across Plymouth.

This role is ideal for qualified teachers who are looking for flexibility and variety in their work, whether that’s a few days a week or more regular placements. Supply teaching offers the opportunity to gain experience across different schools while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.


The Role

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in line with the national curriculum
• Provide high-quality teaching during staff absences or additional support periods
• Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment
• Follow school policies and ensure effective behaviour management
• Adapt quickly to different classrooms and school settings
• Provide feedback to schools regarding pupil engagement and progress


Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching within UK primary schools
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A flexible, reliable and adaptable approach
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
