Teaching Personnel are looking for friendly, motivated Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of primary schools across Cardiff and the surrounding areas.

You’ll support class teachers with day-to-day classroom activities, work with small groups, and provide one-to-one support where needed. Roles are available across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, offering variety, flexibility, and valuable classroom experience. • Has an enthusiastic and proactive approach to working with children.

• Is patient, proactive, and enthusiastic about supporting young learners.

• Able to build positive, professional relationships with pupils, teachers and parents.

• Confident providing 1:1 support to pupils with additional learning needs.

• Ability to work well as part of a team and with other members of staff.

Recruitment Requirements

• Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce).

• EWC registration (mandatory for working in Wales).

• Willingness to complete safeguarding training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
