We are seeking a highly motivated, adaptable Teacher with experience or a true aspiration, to work alongside Key Stage 3 and 4, 11 to 16 years olds who display challenging behaviour and emotional difficulties (SEMH). You must be able to react quickly, de-escalate unpredictable situations calmly and have a child-centred approach to student progression and learning.

A Team Teach qualification or other Intervention training would be an advantage but not essential.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
