Teaching Personnel are currently looking to recruit teaching assistance that have previous experience in working with children and young adults with social, emotional and mental health difficulties. As this can be a challenging environment, with complex needs and behaviours, the successful candidate needs to have a confident and sensitive approach to dealing with these situations and would ideally be Team Teach trained, although this is not essential as the opportunity to complete this training will come up with Teaching Personnel. Someone with extra curricular interests that they can help incorporate ideas in to school life and assist with the children with engaging in all areas of the curriculum and extra activities.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
