About the Role

As a Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5, depending on your subject specialism. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that meet curriculum requirements and inspire students.

• Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, where all students feel valued and motivated.

• Using a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues, sharing best practices and contributing to the school community.

What We’re Looking For

The school is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable teacher who has:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
