Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Pay: £90 – £100 per day
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (term-time only)

Teaching Personnel are recruiting dedicated Secondary Learning Support Assistants to join our schools in Crawley. This is a rewarding opportunity for anyone passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential.

Your role will include:

• Supporting students across a variety of subjects, particularly English, Maths and Science

• Providing additional academic and pastoral support to pupils who may struggle with mainstream lessons

• Helping teachers prepare resources and deliver engaging lessons

• Building positive relationships with students to encourage participation and focus

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Are motivated to work with teenagers in a school setting

• Have strong interpersonal skills and patience

• Can adapt their approach to meet different learning needs

• May be considering a future career in teaching or education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
