Secondary Learning Support Assistant – Crawley
Job type: Full-time / Part-time
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Pay: £90 – £100 per day
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (term-time only)
Teaching Personnel are recruiting dedicated Secondary Learning Support Assistants to join our schools in Crawley. This is a rewarding opportunity for anyone passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential.
Your role will include:

Supporting students across a variety of subjects, particularly English, Maths and Science
-
Providing additional academic and pastoral support to pupils who may struggle with mainstream lessons
-
Helping teachers prepare resources and deliver engaging lessons
-
Building positive relationships with students to encourage participation and focus
We’re looking for candidates who:
-
Are motivated to work with teenagers in a school setting
-
Have strong interpersonal skills and patience
-
Can adapt their approach to meet different learning needs
-
May be considering a future career in teaching or education

School day hours (8:30 – 3:30), Monday to Friday

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
