A small mixed comprehensive Secondary school in the Bury LEA have an immediate requirement for a Science teacher (any specialism). This position will initially be a full time temporary role until Christmas, with the opportunity to secure a permanent role in January 2019.
It is essential that the appointed Science teacher can successfully reinforce positive classroom management strategies, and implement the values of the school during each lesson.

The school has a small population with slightly over 700 pupils currently on roll. Ofsted inspections have praised the school consistently for their inclusivity and diversity, along with the provisions that are in place to support students of all abilities. The incoming Science teacher will work from a full timetable and be responsible for planning and marking.
Our client Secondary school is located near to the Whitefield region of Bury and can be accessed via public transportation links from Manchester city centre. As the school is directly opposite the M66 Motorway; it is easily accessible from neighbouring areas Bolton, Salford and Rochdale.
