Due to an open vacancy, Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity for a teacher of Science to join our client schools highly innovative and successful Science department in September 2019. The successful Science teacher will join a dedicated and hard working department and will be committed to raising the aspirations of all - regardless of background.

We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable teacher with a real energy and enthusiasm for their subject. The successful Science teacher will have exceptional subject knowledge and will demonstrate excellent practice in teaching and learning. They will have strong behaviour management skills and will be able to form positive professional relationships with students and staff. We are looking for a teacher who is capable of delivering KS3 and KS4 Science, specifically GCSE Chemistry and Physics.

Our client school is a highly inclusive and welcoming secondary school located in Trafford with just under 700 pupils on roll. The school received a positive Ofsted report in 2017 which awarded the school 'Good' in all areas including effectiveness of leadership and management, quality of teaching, learning and assessment, personal development, behaviour, welfare and outcomes for pupils.
