Teaching Personnel are currently working on behalf of our partner Secondary school in the Bury LEA. Due to internal promotions, the school wish to appoint a teacher of Science to join their Science department at the earliest convenience. The incoming Science teacher will have responsibility for teaching the Key Stage Three Science curriculum, and have the opportunity to gain a permanent post in the new academic year.
- Full time Science teaching position, ASAP start
- Initially temporary until July 2018, opportunity to gain a permanent position from September 2018
- Pay in line with teaching scale point (£22,917 - £38,633 per annum)

The Ofsted graded 'Good' mixed comprehensive Secondary school is situated just outside of Bury town centre and can be accessed via public transportation links from central Manchester, Bolton and Rochdale. The M66 Motorway is also in close proximity of the school.
The successful Science teacher will be expected to partake in full departmental responsibilities of planning and marking. The department currently consists of eight experienced Science teachers and one Newly Qualified teacher, and the school are opening this post to both experienced and NQT's to apply.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
