NQT of Science - full-time and part-time roles available
Salary: MPR GBP25,714
Start: April - September 2021
Are you an NQT of Science, or a current PGCE student looking to further your experience in secondary schools and secure yourself a permanent role?
Our Tyne and Wear Secondary Team at Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a number of secondary schools and colleges in the North East Region, who will be looking to appoint NQT's of Science to commence in April or September 2021.
This Academic Year we've had 6 Science NQTs out working in full-time roles, 4 of which have gone onto a permanent contract with the school and the other 2 teachers have so far, had 2 terms of their NQT induction completed.
We are looking for teachers of any specialisms - schools are generally very flexible for the right teacher.
Ideally you will be:
- A committed specialist with impressive expertise and a passion for the subject
- In the process of completing a PGCE in Science, or have completed a PGCE last Academic Year
- Available to work in the North-East Region from April 2021 OR September 2021
- Thrive within a team, inspiring engagement within pupils to help them succeed
- Set high standards to which students and colleagues will meet
- A positive and compassionate leader, able to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils
