Teaching Personnel are supporting large a client within central Manchester. We are seeking to recruit specialists mentors to work a long a strong team. The ideal mentor will be experienced within the sector.

The role is working with young people who are struggling to engage within a classroom environment due to their social, emotional and mental health.

The school is SEN school for pupils who have been given an education health care plan, challenging behaviour is too be expected and also barriers to learning.

Behaviour to overcome:

• Refusal

• Aggressive physical/verbal

• Emotional vulnerability

• Sexual Exploitation

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
