Subject specialist required to take on a full time teaching role with full responsibility for planning and marking aswell as a form. This is a position due to commence on Monday 20th April for a full year fulfilling a maternity cover.
The Headteacher said of this position:
“We require a passionate Religious Studies teacher to join our Humanities team following the Easter break. We have notice that one of our long standing teachers is due to leave for their maternity leave during the Easter break and so we are looking for a subject specialist available on a full time basis. We are keen to trial a Religious Studies teacher for the summer term until July 24th in the first instance, moving the successful Religious Studies teacher onto a school based contract thereafter for the remainder of the maternity cover.”
This is a highly reputable secondary school situated in the Warrington area with the Religious Studies department following the AQA curriculum. The school are very open to receiving applications from teachers of all experience levels, happy to appoint the most effective classroom practitioner whether this is a NQT or more experienced teacher.
