Reception Teacher Post – September 2017

  • Roles of this nature vary from 390-£140 per day dependant upon experience.

A primary school in Preston are looking to hire a Reception on a temporary basis in September. This position is available due to staffing restructure and the increase in pupil enrolment for the new academic year. If you are an experienced Primary practitioner looking for a position in September, this opportunity could be ideal for you.

- Full time position from September 2017

- Temporary in the first instance via supply, possibly for 12 months

- Must have experience teaching KS1 children

- Great opportunity for an experienced Primary practitioner who wants to get their foot in the door of an established Primary school.

Situated in a multi cultural area of Preston, this is a mixed RC faith secondary school with great facilities. You must have a proven track record of working in KS1, experience of working in Reception would be advantageous. You must have the right attitude and exposure to working with primary school aged children during a previous position.

This position has been made available late due to staffing restructure, the school are looking to employ temporary initially with the possibility of becoming a more fixed appointment for the academic year.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
