SEN Reception-Year 2 TEACHER

About the Role

A well known primary school in Mitcham are currently looking for classroom teachers who are comfortable teaching KS1 SEN pupils. The role will include: teaching and planning lessons, assessing work completed by students and managing school conduct, to name but a few. By actively accessing the needs of the class, you will be able to deliver lessons that are adaptive to all learning abilities within the class. Additionally you will be responsible for proving a safe and encouraging environment where students are actively encouraged to succeed and develop character.

What we are looking for?

o Qualified Teacher Status

o Currently completing PGCE

o Read, Write, Inc Experience desired but not essential

o Possess a Valid DBS certificate

o Interested in teaching KS1 or KS2

o Experience working with SEN pupils

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
