RE Teacher - Oldham
Are you a passionate and dedicated Religious Education Teacher looking for a new challenge in Oldham?
Due to an upcoming maternity leave at our partner secondary school in Oldham, Teaching Personnel are seeking an RE Teacher from September 2019 on a fixed term contract until the end of the academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity for Newly Qualified Teachers to complete their induction year, or for more experienced teachers to further their career at a popular academy.
- Full time Teacher of Religious Education (RE)
- Fixed term contract covering a maternity leave (September 2019 - July 2020)
- Modern and popular secondary academy in Oldham
- Teaching RE up to KS4 level
- Pay in line with MPS and UPS (£23,720-£39,406)
Our partner school is an oversubscribed and modern secondary school based in the Lees area of Oldham, and has excellent facilities throughout which gives students a fantastic learning environment. The school is a short drive from Oldham town centre, and has good public transport links for those who don't have their own transport.

As an RE Teacher at our partner school in Oldham, the successful candidate will be expected to teach the curriculum to both KS3 and KS4 and will be expected to undertake full department responsibilities of planning and marking. The planning aspect of this role will involve teaching collaboratively with other members of the department to ensure the best lessons and resources are utilised to guarantee students receive the best education.
