Qualified Secondary School Science Teacher - Thurrock

Are you a Qualified Science Teacher looking for full time work?

There are numerous schools in the Thurrock area that have approached me looking for a full time Science teacher from September. For me to put you forward for these roles you will need to be able to teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics to KS3 and KS4. If you can teach at KS5 as well this will work in your favour.

For any one of these roles you will:

  • Need good classroom/behaviour management skills as you will be responsible for the class
  • Be able to encourage pupils to achieve their maximum potential, develop individual responsibility and respect for others
  • Deliver engaging lessons and motive young learners to increase attainment levels

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
