QTS Qualified Teacher

The Role

As a Qualified Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all pupils

• Assess, track, and report on pupil progress effectively

• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners, including SEND and EAL

• Contribute to curriculum development and wider school initiatives

• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and engagement

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom practice

• A clear understanding of the Teachers’ Standards

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• The ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge pupils

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
