QTS Qualified Teacher

We are seeking a motivated and committed Qualified Teacher to join our forward-thinking and supportive school community. The Role
As a Qualified Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum

Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all pupils

Assess, track, and report on pupil progress effectively
-
Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners, including SEND and EAL
-
Contribute to curriculum development and wider school initiatives
-
Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and engagement
The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom practice
-
A clear understanding of the Teachers’ Standards
-
Excellent communication and organisational skills
-
The ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge pupils

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
